Outdoor Adventures is Hiring a Member Services Representative Near Bay, MI
Handle all incoming telephone calls and route them appropriately.
- Respond to all inquiries for information or for reservations from members
and guests. - Get all information required for each booking.
- Maintain excellent member relationships.
- Deal with guests and members professionally and with emphasis on high quality
customer service. - Be able to resolve minor conflicts or misunderstandings with members and
guests. Read and comply with all company policies and written communication.
High School Education or equivalent and at least 1 year of customer service experience (hotel/resort guest service experience is a plus) is required for candidates to be considered for this position.
- Be an enthusiastic, helpful and positive member of the team.
- Be self-motivated and use time wisely.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
